Terms & Conditions

A £10 non-refundable booking fee is required to confirm all appointments. This fee will be deducted from the total cost of your appointment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Terms:

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling.

• If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, your booking fee will be lost and a new one will be required to secure a future appointment.

• Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.

• No-shows will also be charged 100% of the appointment fee.

Failure to pay any cancellation or no-show fee will result in no further appointments being accepted, and any future bookings will be cancelled.

Nail Removal Policy:

I do not remove acrylic or gel extensions done by other technicians.

I do remove other technicians’ builder gel or gel polish. However, if I find your nail health is compromised during removal, I reserve the right to refuse service.
